I am a Certified Precision Nutrition coach, the world renowned Nutrition Coaching system, and I use their methods to accurately assess your current level of fitness and then translate that into working plans that help you to manipulate your body in the most efficient way possible.

At Sum Fitness your programs are custom made for your body!

Most trainers will give you the same cookie cutter programs they give to all of their clients. Whether your are a first time gym goer or ready to step on the competition stage, your diet is likely the same. This just doesn’t work if you are serious about getting results and it is why I’ve decided to make sure that I only provide the highest level of attention to each and every one of my client’s needs.

Using the Precision Nutrition coaching system, I have advanced assessment forms that all of my clients fill out before we begin working together. These allow me to figure out what you’re doing well so far and what areas you need assistance in.

I develop your unique program based on this information and then continue assessing your progress as we move along based off of the continual feedback you provide me with.

Here at Sum Fitness, I’m not interested in quick fixes and I’m tired of coaches giving their clients crappy advice, based off templates they developed for one type of client. I care about your results and I want to give you the best program design available.

Is online coaching right for you?

Personal training in a gym can be a great experience but it also has a lot of drawbacks. Don’t get me wrong, I am passionate about meeting people in person and coaching them through a workout while they are right in front of me, but this method extremely limits the amount of people I am able to help, sooooo….

I have taken all of the best that I can offer in person and brought it to you in an online form. We are still able to have personal contact through Skyping and emailing, but I am also able to help many many more people than I could before! I have also found that online, the results my clients get are just as good as they were when I trained in a gym, but at only a fraction of the cost to you.

Here are just a few of the reasons that online personal training is actually better than getting a trainer at a gym

In-person training can do some serious damage to your wallet, especially when you are training with someone 3 to 4 days a week. At $50 or more per session, you could be spending nearly $1000 per month just to train with someone, and that likely doesn’t even include a diet plan to compliment your training program.

You Don’t Have To Accommodate A Trainer’s Schedule

Hey, we are ALL busy people… you are and so is your trainer, so it’s not always easy to sync up both of your schedules. In addition to that, life happens and sometimes you aren’t able to make a training session and may end up having to pay for it anyway. With online training, you always have access to your diet and training program and you can train whenever it is that you like without ever having to reschedule anything.

You Can Hire The Best Trainer For You

When you physically train with someone in a gym, you are extremely limited in who you get to train with. Maybe maybe you are willing to drive across the city to work with someone special, but then you are still limited by who is in your city and has a time slot available for you. If you are like most people though, you aren’t going to change gyms to work with someone and so you just end up choosing from just a handful of trainers at your facility. They may or may not be qualified to help you, but you can almost always find someone better if you expand your horizons online.
